All About is an ambitious drinks company founded by best friends Emmett Kerrigan and Keith Loftus, built on a simple belief: the drinks industry could do things differently.
The journey began in Vancouver, where the pair ran a carpentry and landscaping business before discovering kombucha. Back home in Galway, they spotted an opportunity and started brewing in Emmett’s garden shed, selling avocado sandwiches at Galway Farmers’ Market to help fund the business.

In 2025, All About launched Live Soda, a new generation of soda made with real fruit, 4g of prebiotic fibre and live cultures. Designed for the mainstream consumer, it offers a better-for-you alternative to traditional soft drinks and has quickly become Ireland’s fastest-growing soda brand, now stocked nationwide in Tesco, Dunnes Stores and SuperValu, alongside cafés and restaurants. Holland & Barrett and Circle K are confirmed for later this year.
Now expanding into the UK, All About is also launching Mate Natural Energy, bringing a fresh, natural approach to the energy drinks category.

Visitors to our stand will get a first look at the next chapter of All About, including Live Soda and our newest innovation, Mate Natural Energy.
Our fastest-growing brand, Live Soda, is a new generation of soft drink made with real fruit, 4g of prebiotic fibre and live cultures. Already stocked nationwide across Tesco, Dunnes Stores and SuperValu in Ireland, we’re bringing Live Soda to the UK as a fresh alternative to traditional soft drinks.
We’ll also be unveiling Mate Natural Energy, our fresh take on the energy drinks category. Harnessing yerba mate and guarana, Mate delivers 80mg of natural caffeine and 5g of added fibre, offering a different approach to everyday energy without artificial sweeteners or unnecessary additives.
Visitors will be able to sample our latest products and flavours, meet the founders and discover the story behind All About – from a garden shed in Galway to one of Ireland’s fastest-growing drinks companies.
