Tell us a bit about your company
We don’t like hummus: we LOVE it! We’re developing hummus as a platform for functional food, with genuine health benefits. Scalable, familiar, and most of all – delicious!
What started with kitchen production and some feedback at events, is now manufactured at scale, in a BRC AA facility, and stocked in more than 50 independent farm shops, delis, and health food stores. Being listed with a national wholesalers, our products are now available throughout the UK.
Tell us about your latest products we can hope to see on your stand
Our first product is Buff Bean Hummus: The UK’s only hummus, which is high and protein AND high in fibre, while having no artificial preservatives and made exclusively with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Buff Bean’s creamy texture, and lemony-fresh flavour made it extremely popular among a variety of shoppers. Whether it’s convenience, healthy snacking, or simply taste – Buff Bean is often referred to as “the best hummus I ever had”!
We will also be showcasing our next product: Cool Beans. This is the first hummus with approved health claims around women’s health. It has a distinct flavour profile – herby, creamy, with a rich umami finish. We guarantee, it is like no other hummus you ever had! We invite you to come and try it.
