Meet Lost Sheep Coffee

Tell us a bit about your company
Lost Sheep Coffee is an Aussie-inspired speciality craft coffee roastery based in Whitstable, Kent.
The business started in 2012 after our founder, Stuart, returned from Australia, inspired by Melbourne’s coffee culture — smooth, sweet, easy-drinking coffee with real quality behind it. We began with a three-wheeled coffee van and have grown into a roastery supplying wholesale, retail, foodservice and ready-to-drink coffee.
What makes us different is that we are coffee roasters first. Everything starts with speciality-grade Arabica coffee, carefully sourced and hand roasted by us in Kent. We focus on coffee that is smooth, naturally sweet and accessible, with the chocolate and caramel notes people love from Aussie-style coffee.
Our range now includes freshly roasted beans, Nespresso-compatible pods, Espresso Concentrate and ready-to-drink iced coffee cans. Across every format, our aim is the same: to make speciality craft coffee easier to enjoy without losing the provenance, quality or care behind it.
In RTD, we stand out because our cans are built around real coffee, not instant coffee powder or anonymous commodity coffee. We roast, brew and can coffee with traceability and flavour at the centre.
Lost Sheep is bright, playful and premium without being intimidating — a modern coffee brand designed to bring better coffee to more people, in formats that work for today’s shoppers, cafés, hotels, airlines and foodservice customers.
Tell us about your latest products we can hope to see on your stand
Visitors to our stand will be able to taste the launch of our newest ready-to-drink canned coffee: ICED Decaf Latte with Added Fibre.
We believe this is the first milk-based decaf iced canned coffee drink in the UK to include added fibre, making it a genuinely distinctive launch within the RTD coffee category. It has been created for shoppers who love iced coffee but want a more flexible option they can enjoy later in the day, without the caffeine hit.
The drink is made using Sugar-Cane Decaf speciality coffee from Colombia, hand roasted by us at our roastery in Whitstable, Kent. Each can contains 4.5g of fibre and uses real espresso concentrate — no instant coffee powder.
It brings together three strong consumer occasions in one product: premium iced coffee, decaf coffee and functional drinks. The result is a smooth, easy-drinking iced latte with real coffee provenance and a clear point of difference on shelf.
This will be our first official launch and tasting of the product, so visitors will be able to try it, learn more about the story behind the coffee and see how it can work across retail, foodservice, travel, hotel, convenience and grab-and-go settings.
Why is exhibiting at lunch! an unmissable opportunity for you?
Exhibiting at lunch! is an unmissable opportunity for us because it puts Lost Sheep Coffee in front of exactly the right audience: true industry people who are actively looking for great products, new ideas and brands with a real point of difference.
As an Aussie-inspired speciality coffee roastery, we are always looking for the right partners across foodservice, grab-and-go, travel, hospitality, retail and workplace catering. lunch! gives us the chance to speak directly with buyers, operators and decision-makers who understand the value of quality, convenience and innovation.
This year is especially important for us as we will be launching our new RTD ICED Decaf Latte with Added Fibre canned coffee at the show. We believe it is the first milk-based decaf iced canned coffee drink in the UK with added fibre, and lunch! gives us the perfect platform to let people taste it, understand the story behind it and see the opportunity it creates.
For us, the show is not just about being seen. It is about meaningful conversations, product discovery and building relationships with people who can help bring better coffee to more customers, in more occasions.
