Their top-picks (fifteen in all) have now been shortlisted for tomorrow’s Innovation Challenge Live ‘pitching’ session, taking place at 11.15am in Keynote Theatre 1. This year’s lunch! exhibitors are already onsite at ExCeL London busy preparing their stands and products for the food-to-go trade showcase of the year. Over 6,000 attendees will be joining them – including many of the UK’s biggest lunchtime operators, food retailers, and contract caterers, plus thousands of independent and multiple cafés, delis, coffee houses and sandwich shops. Celebrating a decade at the heart of the UK’s food-to-go sector, lunch!’s special 10th anniversary show is set to welcome over 6,000 attendees when doors open at ExCeL London later this week, on 21-22 September. Research by the University at Buffalo has shown that children who are exposed to restaurant activity sheets, or menus advertising healthy food alongside fun images and games, are significantly more likely to order healthy meals.
