Kate has almost 20 years’ experience in hospitality marketing, sales and menu development for industry-leading, innovative brands including Loungers, Ole & Steen, Byron and Starbucks. Kate is passionate about putting the customer first – using research and feedback to bring out the best in brands.
Kate joined NWTC in September 2024 to nurture the much-loved Botanist concept at New World Trading. In 2026, Kate led an end-to-end reimagining of The Oast House, Manchester. NWTC also operates The Trading House in London and The Florist brand.
