Danny Scobie is Head of Commercial at Scotmid Coop, bringing over 30 years of experience in convenience retailing. In his current role, Danny is responsible for shaping and delivering Scotmid’s customer proposition, with a strong focus on commercial growth, innovation and customer relevance. He has played an instrumental role in the development of Scotmid’s highly successful Food To Go business, including the creation and growth of The Kitchen by Scotmid, a concept that has evolved over the past 14 years into a key part of the business. Danny’s leadership, commercial insight and passion for innovation continue to drive meaningful change across the convenience retail sector.
