Abbie Hendren

Born in London, with part of her childhood spent in Australia, Abbie draws on a broad range of cooking influences.
She has worked in notable London kitchens including The Glasshouse in Kew, La Trompette in Chiswick, and most recently alongside Sally Abe at her brand new opening this year, Teal in Hackney.
Abbie has featured as a competitor on Great British Menu 2026, where she represented London & South East England reaching the Judges chambers, and she also won the award for Rising Star at the National Restaurant Awards 2025.
