Guy brings extensive experience in the quick-service restaurant sector, having spent seven years at Pret A Manger in senior roles including Interim Managing Director for the UK & Ireland and UK Shops & Franchise Director. Guy is passionate about foodservice and retail, having also worked at major brands including Marks and Spencer, Sainsbury’s and Gu.
