Since then she has been transforming and renewing their traditional Cafes, with long queues and wait times, into modern, fast-service Coffee Shops . Alicia has also streamlined the M&S counters to focus single-mindedly on Rotisserie Chicken, Hot Pizza and freshly made Sushi.
