As Head of Coffee & Franchises for Sodexo UK & Ireland, I am responsible for driving the growth, performance, and strategic development of the coffee and franchise business. Combining strong commercial, operational, and leadership expertise, I work closely with coffee suppliers, brand partners, franchisees, and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, sustainable business growth, and operational excellence across the region.

A key focus of my role is elevating coffee standards through the development of industry-leading coffee skills and training programmes. I am passionate about equipping teams with the knowledge, confidence, and technical expertise required to consistently deliver great coffee experiences, from bean-to-cup understanding and beverage quality to customer engagement and operational excellence.
