Becoming MD of Tortilla in 2014, Richard brings with him over 20 years’ experience in the food sector. His first insight into the restaurant industry was with TGI Fridays in the US and UK. Richard later became part of the original management team at Loch Fyne Restaurants, moving to Operations Director then Managing Director in 2000 until 2011. Richard then moved to Daylesford Organic to help open their first full service restaurant in 2013.
