What do you feel is the key for operators to successfully compete against their competitors?
One of the biggest challenges brands have is to maintain authenticity and a point of view.

Key trends of the year ahead: fresh and delivered.
What’s your bestselling product at the moment?
What’s the most rewarding aspect of your job?
The best part of my job is running the full marketing mix: from developing menus to driving the commercials, no two days are the same.
And the most challenging?
The hardest part of the job is to coach others through the wild ride of life in retail!

Learning from others’ experiences is invaluable.
