A Management Scientist graduate of Loughborough University, Andrew spent a decade at Deloitte before entering the food industry and joining Pret a Manger in 2000. After heading up in turn the IT, Property, Construction and Operations teams, Andrew was appointed UK Managing Director in 2008 and drove the brand’s expansion over 5 years as it doubled in size to a highly profitable 250-outlet business. After stints at Virgin Atlantic and Casual Dinning Group, Andrew joined EAT. in the summer of 2016 as CEO and is in the process of returning the company to past glories. Since giving up competitive rugby, Andrew has focussed his perfectionist streak on his golf handicap.
